On the outskirts of the city of Murfreesboro lies the quaint small town of Eagleville. With a reminiscent feel of Mayberry where Friday night High School Football games are the place to be, and neighbors wave hello while strolling down the quiet roads as they enjoy the fireflies lighting up the rolling green fields at dusk.
I attended that high school, got married and raised a family in those neighborhoods. I know the best this area has to offer. That is why I am the realtor to help you find a house that you can make a home. I can “Make it Happen!”
See for yourself what others say about the best of the best this slice of a rural town with a family feel has to offer on Yelp and other accredited sites:
Maple Street Grill of Eagleville - We feature hand cut steaks, serve chicken and seafood as well as soups scratch made daily. A fried Hershey bar with vanilla bean ice cream and Ole Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine Bread pudding are just a few of our in house desserts!!
Todd B: Having grown up in Murfreesboro, I wasn't sure what to expect when my friends said, "Let's have dinner in Eagleville." Say what? Well, my stereotype was wrong, and my friends made a very wise choice. I travel the country for work and visit fine restaurants everywhere, but I named this restaurant as one of my top 20 for 2017.
Eagleville Eye Clinic - At Eagleville Eye Clinic we provide our patients with the highest quality of service and selection. By combining personal attention with quality eye care our goal is to have you as a patient for life. Dr. Rena Cron has been in practice for over 20 years in Middle Tennessee. Years of experience and attention to detail will insure that each patient has a thorough eye exam.
Very Friendly: The Doctor and her staff at the eye clinic are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I took my skittish son there for glasses and they were easily able to work with him. We would definitely go back there. Their prescriptions are near perfect as well.
Eagleville Middle and High School - At Eagleville School, students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Eagleville School is 21 percent. Eagleville School is 1 of 10 high schools in Rutherford County and is the only K-12 school in the county.
Anon: This school provides a small caring environment for students and holds them to consistently high standards. The K-12 nature of the school allows positive interaction among different ages from peer tutoring to elementary students being able to participate in the high school homecoming parade. Students are polite and generally have the values of hard work discipline and respect I want my children to develop as they grow.
Champions Run Golf Course -Champions Run Golf Course stylistically showcases the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee while showcasing the distinctive mark of its architect C. Stuart Moore. The 6,900 yard, par 72 layout wraps itself gently around beautiful hardwood trees and picturesque landscape. The championship course features 18 holes, 16 bunkers, numerous water hazards and challenging tee shots. Every hole is unique in its own way. The top-conditioned course provides the perfect measure of comfort and challenge for your individual game. We also have an additional par 3 which we refer to as the 19th hole.
Roland: Love practicing and playing Champion's Run. The course is both challenging yet gettable when the winds are favorable. Ray (the golf pro) and the staff are professional and personable. Recommend to anyone!
